Cafeteria is an established New York City restaurant with a unique and innovative upscale-diner concept. We recently opened a new location in Miami and are seeking an office manager with flawless administrative skills and restaurant bookkeeping/management experience. The office manager will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Miami office's accounting/administrative duties and will communicate daily with the New York City corporate office.
The responsibilities include:
- Reconciliation of Daily Sales Reports - Daily Bank Deposits - Data entry into weekly flash report for COGS - Chart of Accts coding of invoices - Daily Tip Pooling of Cash and Charge Tips - Daily review/adjustments to time clock reports - Completing new hire paperwork, programming micros number, etc. - Maintenance of POS (i.e. new menu items, price changes, etc) - Training of management staff on administrative functions - Other administrative duties as assigned
The right candidate must possess leadership qualities, be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills and management experience.
