Meals required are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Needs to be able to cook everything: from Mortons to French Laundry. We create a fantastic dinner party atmosphere every night with many theme nights such as Mardi Gras, pirate, western plus tasting menus and many wine-tasting nights. Mostly California guests and California cuisine and sushi are popular with them. Ability to produce, Wow factor, a must.
Early breakfast (4 to 7 a.m.) is generally buffet style. Lunch is packed for fishermen. Appetizers and cocktails at 6 pm and dinner at 7 pm, six days a week. . Food preference list for each group is provided to assist in planning around meal preferences. At least one helper in kitchen at all times. Top pay for the right person. Must be a people person and be able to pass a drug test.
