As a member of the Training Department, this position will assist with training, conduct product demonstrations, prepare meals for internal and external events, and maintain stock, inventory, and appearance of Demo and Participation Kitchens.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 7 Conduct and assist in training events for cooking products. 7 Prepare meals for events, including external training, internal training, product cooking presentations, press events, and local public relations events. 7 Create new recipes/menus that highlight our cooking products. 7 Add recipes to database and website. 7 Maintain food stock and replenishment. 7 Maintain integrity, proficiency, and cleanliness of Demo and Participation Kitchens. 7 Provide direction on cooking product events to regional showrooms. 7 Other projects as assigned.
The successful candidate will be an outgoing individual with the ability to communicate well in front of people. Three to five years professional culinary field experience is required. The candidate will present cooking products as part of consumer events, product demos, and training events. May be required to travel occasionally.
Education and/or Experience: 7 3-5 years professional culinary experience 7 Has managed or assisted an active kitchen environment
