If you are an AOL user, you may experience some incompatibilities of the AOL
browser with our site. We are working on a fix to this problem.
As a temporary fix, you can use Internet Explorer to access our site.
Starting Internet Explorer involves two steps:
1) "Minimizing" (hiding) the AOL window.
2) Starting the IE browser.
When you are done using Internet Explorer, you can return to AOL by clicking on the box marked "America
Online" at the far bottom of your screen.
If using Internet Explorer does not solve your problem, please click here.
In your problem report, be sure to note that you were using Internet Explorer (and not the AOL browser).
