Anand Rao: Over 27,000 and we are
growing!
HF: What are some of your recruiting
challenges?
AR: Finding employees who are as
passionate about caring, genuine service and quality
as we are and finding people who are willing to learn
HF: What types of positions
do you frequently recruit for on StarChefs?
AR: All Culinary and F&B positions
(Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Cook 1/2/3, Restaurant
Manager etc.)
HF: What is your favorite feature

AR: The screener function and the
recruitment statistics.
HF: Why would someone want to work for
your company?
AR: Because we are a company that
truly believes in the talent every individual brings
to the job. We also involve employees in the decisions
that affect them. We really mean it when we say that

and dozens more potential projects - both within and
outside the U.S.A. The future is all about growth
